The Marlins use a Volunteer Sign Up method to coordinate volunteers for each swim meet. We need every mom, dad, aunt and grandma to sign up. As you know, it takes a lot of parents to run an efficient, successful swim meet. Especially the home meets!
All parents are expected to volunteer to help out. Click the logo to view events available for volunteer sign up. You can also click the logo to sign up for Magic Cookies and other hospitality activities.

With the exception of freestyle, there is a limit to the number of children who can be placed in events in a single meet. For this reason, it is imperative that our coaches know who is planning to swim and who is not before they seed each meet. Do you have vacation plans already on the calendar? Is your child going to camp this summer?
Be sure to use the Sign Up Calendar on our SwimTopia website to inform our coaching staff when your child is expected to participate in a meet during the season.
The Marlins Swim Team and coaching staff use an app called Remind to maintain contact with our Marlins families. Throughout the season, we will use this app to communicate practice and schedule changes, meet information, weather updates, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS: Send the text message @ymcamarlin to 81010. This will subscribe you to the YMCA Marlins Remind account and you will receive all alerts from the team.
Whether you’re in need of a Mack Daddy t-shirt, a team sweatshirt or a cooler to keep your drinks cold during our hot swim meet nights, Stafford Media is the place to order all your Marlins merchandise.
Starting on June 19, we will be conducting swim clinics for the team at the Waterpark every Tuesday from 7-8pm through July 24. Please encourage your kids to come out and have fun while enhancing their stroke, diving and flip turn techniques with the help of their coaching staff.
